  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into large chunks and place them in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeno pepper, beef broth, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook the beef on low heat for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender and falls apart quickly.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks and served in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, and cheese.

Carnitas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds of boneless pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the boneless pork shoulder into large chunks and place them in a slow cooker.
